Retainer & Booking Fees
Here at Travel Unique we require clients to submit a retainer fee before researching and planning all travel inquiries. A retainer fee is in place to cover our agents time and expertise, as is our booking fees. Our agents are dedicated to providing you with the best service, and this takes time. A retainer and booking fee helps compensate our agents time and effort as they offer you peace of mind from worrying about your travel needs.
Credit Card Authorization
By submitting payments through our site you give Travel Unique permission to debit your card for the amount posted. An Credit Card Authorization form will be sent via email that must be filled out when submitting payments for vacations.
Quotes
After submitting a retainer fee our agents will send quotes via email of your travel options. You are allowed to be sent up to ten (10) quotes before another retainer fee is required. Please make sure to put all your travel wishes in your inquiry forms before submitting to allow our agents to research and send you quotes that would best suit your needs.
Payment Plans
Payment plan options are available with majority of all travel quotes sent. Please note that all quotes sent within forty-five (45) days from travel dates will require a full payment in order to book.
Cancellations/Refunds
A $20 cancellation fee per person will be applied for cancelled reservations. Travel Unique suggests for all clients to purchase travel insurance coverage for all bookings. Travel insurance helps protect payment should you have to cancel your trip. Please note that all vendors have specific rules and regulations for their Travel Insurance coverage. Our agents will discuss these regulations to all clients before booking.
